TORONTO -- When it comes to making love, Canuck men are stuck in the middle.

But they reached that ranking by the skin of their, well, teeth.

Guys from England were found to be too lazy in bed, Swedish men were too quick, in Holland they’re too dominating, Americans are uncomfortably rough, Greek guys are annoyingly lovey-dovey and in Russia, women complained, their men are too hairy.

Scottish men were found to be loud, in Wales the guys are said to be selfish and in Turkey, the respondents complained about issues with being sweaty.

Of the men rated as good lovers, as well as the top-dog Spaniards, Brazilians, Italians, the French, the Irish, South Africans, Australians, New Zealanders and the Danish all were rated as being better in bed than Canuck males.

The French and the Aussies certainly seem to live up to their rep, and I've heard numerous times that Irish guys are next to heaven.

are you in your 20s or 30s? I ask because I find it bizarre when a couple of 30-something female friends refer to men they are dating, similar in age, as "the boy." Is there some sort of pop culture reference that I'm not getting? (I'm in my 40s...) The only thing I can think of is that Notting Hill flick where Julia Roberts says to Hugh Grant, "I'm just a girl, standing before a boy..."

of that particular generational divide. Every friend I have, both boy and girl, without exception, talks in terms of boys/girls. (Presumably they haven't formulated my idiosyncratic definition, but there doesn't seem to be much disagreement on usage, if any.)

EDIT: Likely in my specific case, there's a bit of Peter Pan syndrome going on. But that's surely the least of my many, many flaws.

No actual results, no methodology - just a way for some polling outfit to get cheap some publicity. They could have made up the results for all anyone knows.

The original source is the Telegraph, the U.K.'s silliest right-wing paper as far as I can tell. It was then picked up by the Sun, one of Canada's silliest right wing newspapers.
