Can anyone summarize for me what's going on with the Public Option this week in the Senate?

I am really confused about what will be going on within the Senate this week. The news media seems to have conflicting stories about what will and won't happen this week.

Is there anyone here that has a good grip on what will be taking place this week with regards to the Public Option?
