It would take an amendment to the Constitution for this..

To revoke person hood for corperations... LOL GL getting a measure to this the 2/3rds needed thru the house and senate ... let alone passed by 2/3rd of the states...
3. We might get a strong dissent from Sotomayor and Ginsburg in the case now before
the Court. Then we might get some decisions that start to erode the rights of corporations. That is how change occurs with regard to law decided by the courts. We could also amend the Constitution, but since this is a matter of how the Court interprets the Constitution, the Court could gradually reduce the rights of corporations. It will not happen overnight.
5. Good to know that a strong dissent actually has meaning
Wouldn't there be far-reaching consequences right away if the concept of corporate personhood were revoked? It might not be a good idea.
Or would things still stand as they are, until everything that's been affected by the original decision was challenged in court, with the new basis of corporations not being people?
