I'm talking about the "film maker" who lied to ACORN to get them on film "assisting" a "pimp" and his "prostitute", both fictional.

Thinking that if he takes a premise, lies to the target of his ire, and gets their answer on film, he's a documentarian? A muckraker? A journalist? Or just a rat?

Michael Moore makes no bones about who he is, why he's making a film, and what he expects. He's not lying to get a "gotcha" on film.
