Anderson Cooper on CNN is an repug stooge
I'm not condoning anything about what Edwards has done, but i was very angry with Cooper's repeated statement that Edwards LIED. I don't remember Cooper going after any repug with that level of terminology and calling repugs 'LIARS' (which they usually are).

on election night cooper turned to blitzer and asked
'what do we do we Obama wins the election?'

that is a strange question that must have alot of subtext. It's just a plain thing to say.

Even an incredulous Blitzer, who i am no fan of at all, rightly responded: "We'll report it."

DA.

8. He did lie, and he admitted it. Maybe they have to say "alleged" unless/until they
admit to their wrongdoing. So many of them haven't admitted it. Just a thought.

and they use words like

15. I never watch CNN any more (except if there's news on the weekend and MSNBC
is running their Lockup crap) but from what I've gleaned here, you're right. But the difference may be between "not telling us the whole story" indicating that the person hasn't admitted to anything, vs "he lied" when the person admitted to lying.

And not just the OP. It seems to be a partisan habit to need to label people in the news media with a particular ideological bias.

For some reason, we always need to guess what "side" reporters are on.

there is a bias - there shouldn't be - but there is.

36. Nah you need yourself some Lou Dobbs
His show is so hateful, so full of select information ranting against Obama that every time I ever pass by his show-it makes me want to go campaign for Obama-and I'm not that big on Obama these days. It's just the most biased bullshit out there and it's on CNN-not Fox. Dobbs is craftier at making it seem like it's "independent."

RE:Edwards,an easy target. He has no political future now and he cheated on his sick wife. It's just a story that is so easy to do, and so prurient and so pointless in the end. It's tabloid stuff.
