RETHINK Afghanistan: the film in 6 parts.
http://rethinkafghanistan.com/

Afghanistan is twice the size of Vietnam and yet at its height we had over 500,000 troops in Vietnam and still had to get out. If Obama falls into the trap of continually sending more troops to Afghanistan, then history will hang that failure around his neck.

The North Vietnamese had aid and backing from both the Soviet Union and China. What world superpower is backing the Taliban? What are the numbers of the Taliban compared to the civilian population of Afghanistan? How many peoples' support do we lose for each civilian mistakenly killed, each village or home mistakenly destroyed?

When you are in a hole and digging deeper, stop digging!.

1. So few people saw this in the a.m. that I thought I would give it a kick tonight.
It is an interesting film.
