It's just a claim by the police. The school superintendent also said that there was no racial problems at the school. So for all we know it could be that this one kid just happens to be the one nobody likes. what a fight on a school bus in Belleville, IL no matter how wrong, brutal or unwarranted it was, has to do with the President.

And Drudge has been drudging up stories like this since the primaries, I find it best to ignore them. The more weight we give his opinions(or fantasy), the more important they become.

But Monday, the victim apparently tired of asking for a seat, D'Vante said, moved one student's book-bag off a seat, and just sat down.

If you look at the photo the bus appears to be full. So other students aren't allowing him to sit anywhere? Why exactly is that?
And why in the world doesn't the bus driver do anything like pull to the side and call the police?
This kid was beaten not by one but by two different students.
