BuzzFlash: The Early April Quest for the Pulitzer Prize in Terrible Journalism
Early April has been filled with bad journalism. The New York Times wrote a fluff piece about Wal-Mart instead of investigating a big story that could affect million's of women's health. The AP and CNN repeated the lies of the "Swift Boat Veterans for Truth." Katie Couric regurgitated throughly debunked rumors about Barack Obama. All of these candidates for the Pulitzer Prize in Terrible Journalism could learn a lesson from NPR which just broke the Attorneygate scandal wide open....
