Teabaggers And The Financial/Investment Industry.....
Surely many of these 'teabaggers' that marched over the weekend in D.C. where victims of the financial crash. I would assume that many of them lost a considerable portion of their retirement monies. Today the President gave a speech that says he will work to impose regulation on this industry to prevent anything like this recent crash and bailouts to ever happen again and surely the American people will not be responsible for bailing them out if it should happen again.
The question is - will the 'teabaggers' get behind the President on this issue? Or will they follow like lemmings what the RW spin-doctors tell them to follow? Will they again go against themselves on this issue and side with the banking and financial giants?
It seems like if there was ever an issue that would garner bipartisan support it would be this one of regulation of this industry.
If they don't support the regulation - what in heaven's name will be their position on this issue?
