7. Both issues are coming up for a vote in the House this Fall
The president has indicated that he would sign repeals of both laws.

Right now, take up the matter with your Senators and Representatives.

10. Yes but it would be so much more encouraging if he could spare 30 seconds
in a speech (perhaps in place of some of an anecdote about campaigning in Iowa) to, you know, actually -mention- it.

9. Yep, that was pretty dumb
Possibly the dumbest thing he has ever said. Even dumber than the "bitter" comments last year (March 2008), which were at least true (but should not have been said by Obama, nonetheless).
