The market is up 60% off the March low, thats too far waaaaaay too fast. Theres no doubt it will drop soon.

3. I once made the unfortunate mistake of buying a stock on the basis of large insider buying.
I lost 35% in the next six weeks. At this particular time, the market is more likely to fall at least a little than rise, so they may be right.

All sort of non dubious reasons. Then again, there are the dubious insider info to consider...
