What's disheartening to me is not that Obama didn't sound more like a DUer.

It's that so many DUers are sounding so fucking *defeated* by Obama.

This is a bad, bad habit that comes from being a member of a party out of power, of getting stepped on and shat on by the powers that be. The times have changed!

Was last night the Waterloo for single-payer or Medicare for all? Or was the goal post moved closer to the field single-payer advocates want it to be played on?

1. I don't know where the goal post is but we fight on same as always
I expected to need to keep pushing after the election. So here we are. We know what to do.
