I'm paying $1580 a month for family coverage now........am I getting
any relief??? or just not any more increases in the price of my family premium?? I can only pay this premium for about two years then my husband and I got nothing until I turn 65 in 2015, my husband will be 65 next year. Will the Obama plan work for me in two years??? I really wish there would have been Medicare for the 50 and over group.

2. I know, the State of Wisconsin used to pay for it......now that I'm
retired and my sick leave is gone I have to pay for it myself....and with a little deferred account I have saved it'll be enough to pay the premiums for about two years. I know it's a very good plan, but way to expensive. I should be thankful, and I am, but I'm terribly nervous about what's going to happen after that money runs out in two years. I'll be old and it'll be very hard to get insurance at the age of 60.

5. Max, The Tax, Baucus quoted a $14,000 a year A-Okay premium
to be mandated. So right now, you have a bargain. (Do I need the sarcasm tag?)

4. No. Bottom line, insurance corporations are more important than you.

7. you are not alone, what is sick is I felt lucky to be paying $900 a month
and it was better insurance than what I have now.

I have a lower premium with my new insurance through my employer but it is 80/20 coverage and sucks and I end up with a ton of medical bills on top of my premium.
