1. Stepping down from office would convince me of his sincerity.

3. I think he should be forced to resign.
That's what Republicans would do to a Dem for the infraction.

8. Its just insane that these people who now claim to be defending the constitution were so quick ..

throw it out the window and give Bush anything he wanted. I liked how Obama pointed out the fact that the republicans voted for the 1.3 Trillion dollar tax cuts and voted for the Trillion dollar wars we are in. Its ok to bleed the economy dry if it benefits only rich people or causes death, but not to help those that need it the most. These republicans are disrespectful, scumbags who dont deserve to be called human. All they care about is the next election cycle and making their already rich friends richer. They want to leave healthcare and Social Security up to individuals to invest and save as they see fit to prepare for their own futures. They fail to realize that without a mandatory tax many people wouldnt do this, it sounds great but the majority of Americans are irresponsible and lazy. The very same people who vote republican because of whatever dumbass reason they come up with are many times the people who would directly benefit from large government programs. Sorry to rant I just dont get these horrible people in this country. One president doesnt bother to protect the country, gives all our money to the rich, lies us into war and nothing is said other than a few progressive voices. This president has real ideas of how to fix the mess and get us back on the right track, help everyone attain the same sense of security, restores some of our battered image around the world, pulls us back from the edge of economic collapse and people are praying for his death. I dont get it.

11. He needs to be formally censured...
...that a shocking breach of decorum. He is a Representative in the U.S. Congress and if he cannot do better than that then he does not deserve to be a member of that body.
