Does the Union now own fifty percent of Chrysler?
I think this is the very best thing that could happen to a UNION, become owners. IMO part of EVERY Union Contract should have something in it about obtaining an ownership percentage. The way it seems now, ownership and Labor are always at odds. If Labor could know what ownership knows and ownership could empathize a bit more with Labor there could be a lot more contentment. It truly puts everyone in the same boat.

and it seems like I read that they are a union shop too.

2. When the workers have a complaint with management
who do they go to? Can you call a strike against your own union if you don't like the conditions?
