Gore-H20man in 2008
Edited on Sun Jan-28-07 12:52 PM by PurgedVoter
Ignoring my dream, I like Gore-Edwards or Gore-Clark for my 2008 ticket

Either one and I will be happy.

Forget propaganda, I cannot muster enough trust for any candidate that plays the Psst. I'm actually liberal and just looking conservative card. I want a statesman not a snakes-man, so Clinton is out for me.

Forget propaganda, I supported Kerry and I feared election rigging. I was assured we would fight, that we had tons of lawyers ready, we had nothing there. I love him as a congressman, I would vote for him in the election, but not the primary. And I wouldn't waste a donation again.

Forget propaganda, Obama is a great voice and a great man. But now is not the time for bipartisan weakness. The current crop of false conservatives have shown how well they keep their contract with America vs their contract with K-street. The majority of republicans leaders have shown their colors as traitors, looters, war profiteers and puppets. In exchange for the rubber stamp they have allowed presidential shackles on congressional review and legal review. They have nearly to a man betrayed our constitution. Obama does not seem to get it. In a brighter time he is the one for me. Not now.

Finally, and simply, Gore, Edwards and Clark are the only ones that have had even a 2 out of three event analysis score equal to my own basing almost all my opinions on data gotten here on this site. I don't do this for a living, do not have these peoples connections, clearance, access or time off. I am tired of stupid selfish folk getting equal time with moderates. I want Gore for the world, Edwards for the law and Clark for the military.

Damn it, folks, The conspiracy corner of this site have pretty good marks on their score card so far. Stuff that was way out there, and that no one wanted to hear before 9-11 is now a matter of record. We want people in charge who get it more often then we do. We want open-minds, open-hearts, and the will to do the right thing.

My dream ticket however is two visionaries that pay attention 24-7, Gore-H20man in 2008. Nuff said.

Corrected for clarity

11. Pssst... "down with" = up for/support...
90s rap song "Im Down with OPP" (don't remember what the OPP stands for - but the 'down with' met cool with)

12. There is a public perception
of lack of gravitas still associated with blogging.

But bloggers like H2Oman help dispel that to a great degree.

There is a lot less controversy in being a woman, and we haven't elected one of those to the WH yet.

But having said that, Waterman has the degree of gravitas needed. I trust him far more than Biden, for example.

15. I look at it like this: Is Juan Cole a blogger?
I think of H2O Man as a scholar who posts on the web, like Juan Cole.

16. So do I.
I am simply trying to point out that an equal number of folks think of RimJob as a blogger.
And as much as I love the Rude Pundit, he is not a presidential speechwriter no matter how great
his command of the English language.

Though your point is valid, I stipulate that I am not questioning the actual qualities of known bloggers,
but the perception thereof.

9. No one would have believed in Ray-Gun was a possible 6 years before.
I think a blogger has a serious chance of being president. I don't think one would currently win the nomination, but a blogger has his ideas and policies right there for you. Better than the whistle-stop, Much better than a debate. A blogger puts it on the line and hands you his heart. A blogger gets peer review, and won't keep my faith if he loses his focus. H2O never lets us down. Never.
