Whatever happened to 1 brigade a month?
Wasn't that the promise? That he would bring one brigade a month home from Iraq? So where are these 8 bridgades so far, that have come home. Or am I misremembering something?

4. I have been watching that.
As I reported here on June 3, Obama is not keeping that promise.

Since that time, according to the latest version of The Iraq Index (scroll to the bottom of page 23), there was a drawdown of 4,000 soldiers during June and none at all for the next two months.

In the past 6 months we have seen a total reduction of 10,000 troops. But to get 'combat' soldiers out by Obama's new target of August 31, 2010, we need to see an average reduction of 4,737 per month. We should have had 28,422 out by now.

7. Same thing that happened to the public option
And open government
And the ban on lobbyists
And support of gay rights
And reform of the finance industry
And defense of the Constitution

And change.

And hope.
