When George W. Bush met with school children and read My pet Goat...upside down at first.....does that mean he had no brain to wash? Nothing to fear there......

more about what is inside of them, than anything.

Fear is a terrible master- and their master is feeling very threatened.

But somewhere, somehow, there should be a vigorous push back......

Like - I TRUST my child to listen to what the president has to say - and I have raised them with confidence to accept or reject what he says - as THEY see fit. I am not afraid. I am proud that the president cares enough to address the students this academic year of their future.

You see - I think the sword cuts both ways....The parents who object do not trust the president....but they also do not trust their own child.
