Cops rescue dog from Pennsylvania waterfall, give CPR. (video)
Edited on Thu Sep-03-09 06:46 AM by zonkers
here's the story. click on first link and scroll down for video.

The dog fell in the Schuylkill River and treaded water for about 40 minutes trying desperately to get back to the waterfall. Eventually the dog, now being called River, tired out and went under the water. The Marine Unit boat was able to rescue the limp dog from the water and an officer performed CPR for several minutes before the giving the crowd an "OK" sign. River was alive and brought to PSPCA for veterinary care.

2. Wait..
...this makes no sense!

According to many on DU, cops are just big bullies that only live to taser, oppress and shoot minorities and sometimes beat up old ladies.

What gives here??

5. compassion for anmals = not bullies towards humans
FAIL

that there is some epic-sized failed logic.

we'll let a cop taze you in the asshole, or taze your grandma, and then you can get back to us.

3. Hope the dog is adopted
by people living far away from any waterfalls. Thanks for the link to an exciting and heartwarming story.

4. Locan (PA) news stated the dog was left there by its owner
to die in the falls. He wanted to get rid of the dog.

I have no comment on that .....person.
