on Ted and his many accomplishments. However, I didn't know very much about his wife, Vickie.

She is a very classy and genuine lady. She endured the past 3 rigorous days with much grace and dignity. I'm glad he had her for 17 years, she brought out the best in him and made him happy.

1. When they were leaving the Capitol after seeing the staff members and others

gathered on the steps, she got in the car, and the window came down -- she looked up and was blowing kisses to the people. It was so poignant -- you could tell how very much it meant to her.

PatSeg and I were discussing that he did indeed seem happy in his later years.

2. And when she put her hand

over her heart, the look on her face - she meant it. Here I go again :cry:

I'm glad out of this I learned more about her - she seems extraordinary.
