He has been my favorite political cartoonist of the past 20+ years. I am thankful the internet allows me to keep up with him as I have been away from Seattle for over 6 years. Two-time Pulitzer winner - almost always spot-on with his toons.

It made me think of the explanation of death being like a journey. Many of us are left on shore crying and saying "There he goes." but on the other shore there are people smiling and waving and saying "Here he comes!"

I thought so too, then I googled - Teddy quoted his brother in http://www.alan.com/2009/08/26/ted-kennedy-proud-to-be-a-liberal/">this speech. I saved JFK's words from his original speech, so I was questioning that too. It's a wonderful quote.
