Very well worth watching the entire deposition, particularly the redirect by Krikorian's attorney. She speaks very fluidly and confidently when not having to negotiate around Schmidt's attorney's cross examination bullshit. When allowed to speak, she speaks with the confidence that someone telling the truth has.

Again, this should be major news considering the allegations she makes, and those allegations should be investigated and prosecuted. If those go unchallenged and unreported, I think it's safe to say it's because those named would rather take their chances with the allegations just "going away" on their own.

I'm just guessing. It seems like at least a portion of this could be independently verified and published, which could give an excuse to hint at the rest ("one source says...", etc.).

If verification is the reason, it might be because these allegations are difficult to verify or prove -- although Sibel has been very specific. My guess is that the outlets you named are working on it.

My money's on Josh Marshall to be the next to run with this story, but it wouldn't hurt to write all of the above.

Anyway, I'm on page 80 and so far nothing truly new so far (to me). She has talked about bribery, sexual blackmail, infiltration of the FBI, espionage, US politicians giving info to Turkey, etc. But that is all stuff I've heard before from Edmonds.
