I'm confused.

I'm well aware of the issue of rape in the military. It comes up, commanders complain, there are hearings and new rules, and then it comes up again a few years later. That won't stop until the thinking about women changes. That's actually why getting people like Don Imus off the air can be more beneficial. It removes those ideas about women from society, so young men never get the idea women are cheap to begin with.
