I wonder what South Park's take on Imus will be...
I bet that they hold a South Park spelling bee. A black girl wins by spelling easy words like "Nappy", "Head", and "Hoe" while her white male competitors misspell difficult words.
Imus then comes to South Park to protest her win.

What do you think South Park's take on Imus will be?

1. I think South Park will come down very pro-Imus.
Anytime anybody is hurt for saying just about anything, the South Park guys tend to get pissed

2. and they will repeat Nappy headed ho every chance they get
The point being that Imus is known for being shockingly vulgar, and his statement shouldn't surprise anyone.

I hope South Park defends him, or at least makes the media frenzy out to be the real crime here...

8. That's sick
That's the dumbest defense the media has come up with yet. He finally said something so outlandish that even white people couldn't ignore it - but we should ignore it anyway because he's said bad things before.

This country sucks ass.

6. Disagree
Did you miss South Park's strongly anti-NAMBLA episode? IMO, too many sex crime 'jokes' on the Imus program for INFORMED people to defend it.

10. Yes, but, dude, they have sex ... with children
Edited on Thu Apr-12-07 03:02 PM by SteppingRazor
Kyle: Dude. You have sex with children.

NAMBLA Leader: We are human. Most of us didn't even choose to be attracted to young boys. We were born that way. We can't help the way we are, and if you all can't understand that, well, then, I guess you'll just have to put us away.

Kyle: Dude. You have sex. With children.

Stan: Yeah. You know, we believe in equality for everybody, and tolerance, and all that gay stuff, but dude, fuck you.

Kyle: Seriously.

Say what you want about Don Imus, he doesn't have sex with children. I could be wrong — hell, I often am — but I'll bet South Park's take is that the media over-reacted. ... assuming they do an Imus episode, of course.

9. South Park is barely concealed propaganda, and not usually funny
They've had some funny jokes, but they miss more often then they hit. And their agenda is patently clear, it's on the level of Bugs Bunny's and Donald Duck's wartime propaganda cartoons. That Saddam character showed up just in the nick of time when they were itching to bomb Iraq in the 90s, and their parodies of some groups are demeaning while others are given gentle teasing.

South Park is "Ow My Balls" and just as funny.
