I forced myself to watch the so called "christian" shows yesterday.

And they're officially launching a co-ordinated attack on Obama.

They've been working on their talking points for a few weeks now. Yesterday they seemed to have decided on a line of attack.

Highlights....

The HERETICS are now experts on the Constitution! Apparently they have discovered long lost proverbs in the Bible that our forefathers wrote!

:sarcasm:

They decided to go the New World Order route..

The Forefathers were Christians. Healthcare for the poor is unconstitutional. Only GAWD brings prosperity.. yadda yadda

Keep an eye on Coral Ministeries..

http://www.coralridge.org/default.aspx

They're taking donations to pay for the production of the Clinton Chronicles OOPS I mean the GLOBAL AMERICA series..

It's the story of how the beast (Obama) tries to bring America under UN domination.

https://store.coralridge.org/petitions.aspx?cid=Globalism

If globalism takes root, then this country we love ... the "land of the free" ... will be gone. Subservient, not sovereign. Under the thumb of other nations, to strip us, as they please, of our wealth, our resources, our freedoms.

Give generously to help us expose this terrible truth across our nation, and mobilize other concerned citizens to join us in this effort, through a nationwide television special entitled, Global America: Rebuilding the Tower of Babel?, even as we continue to proclaim the life-changing Gospel to a nation in desperate spiritual need — reclaiming America for Christ, one life at a time.

I hope more LW blogs will pay attention to the heretics. It would be nice to publicly accuse them of being pathological liars RIGHT NOW before they even get started. I can remember how much damage they did during the Clinton administration..

I think it's important to point out that during this brutal recession all they can think to spend MONEY on is spreading filthy lies about the President. Is the food bank full?

Lying filth like this should have their tax exempt status removed. They're suppose to be helping the POOR not smearing the President.

2. At the very least
they should lose their tax exemption.

4. Any religious organization that engages in politcs
including trying to make their dogma into civil law should be taxed.

I think most of these televised "ministries" might already be taxed, like the Christian Coalition was.

In any case, dropping a dime to the IRS (well, a stamp) might be in order, letting them know these loons are non stop anti government ranters that have little to do with religion and nothing to do with Christianity.

I can't remember a single time that he used miracles to make someone wealthy.

10. My Mother is part of the looney gang
One day she mentioned that she had purchased two lottery tickets. My reply was: "If God wanted you to win the lottery, you would only need to buy on ticket."

7. Psychological projection: to strip our wealth, resources, and freedoms
Already done by the Bush admin; only they, along with Repubs in general, want to blame Obama as the reality Repubs set into place slowly reveals itself during the current Obama administration.

They're not just lying, that's pathological behavior.

I, myself a Christian, find it nearly impossible to listen to them. Abrasive politics is one thing, clearly misusing religion is horrifying. But, I need to get over that.

Thank you for listening and letting us know.

15. Much as I hate to quote Bono

11. The only good thing is that they're preaching to the choir.
Their audience already agrees with them and never votes for Democrats. They aren't even concerned with speaking to anyone else.
