You gotta see the Youtube video to get the full attitude from this moron.

MINNEAPOLIS – A county commissioner from northern Minnesota has been critized by community members for saying he would go as far as to support slavery if his constituents wanted him to.
Commissioner Keith Nelson's comment came during a St. Louis County Board debate in February over a proposed county smoking ban...

If “the people in my district had voted for slavery, and if the vast majority had, and I was representing them, the answer is yes, I would have voted for it,” Nelson said at the meeting.
That prompted a question from fellow commissioner Bill Kron.

“I said, 'There are some issues of conscience where the majority may not be right. For example, would you have voted for slavery if the majority of your constituents would have?'” Kron recalled Wednesday.

When Nelson said yes, “everyone's jaws sort of dropped,” Kron said.

Nelson .....said in retrospect that he would resign his post rather than support slavery.

I wouldn't vote for him just because he'll support anything for votes ...

1. This does not say that he is for slavery. I says he is radical about
supporting the wishes of his constituents. I suspect he may lose his seat for this in Duluth as we in northeastern Minnesota do NOT support slavery. I am sure that he knew that.
