Anyone here have the lowdown on the US Citizens Association?
This "non-profit" citizens organization took out a full-page ad in today's Pittsburgh Post-Gazette blaming Jimmy Carter,Bill Clinton, Janet Reno, Franklin Raines, Chris Dodd, Barney Frank and Barak Obama for the subprime mortgage collapse.

1. Most likely a bunch of lying Republicans hiding under a fake "organization"
Post-Gazette? Isn't that Scaife's paper?

3. The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review is Scaife's rag (not fit to line a birdcage with)
The Post-Gazette is actually left-leaning (although they do run Charles Krauthammer screed and they do have a couple of conservative writers on staff, namely Jack Kelly and Ruth Ann Daily).

I suspect as much (i.e.: a bunch of lying Republicans hiding under a fake "organization") but I'm trying to find out if they have backing from conservative lobbyist organizations.

6. Any three word name with "citizen" in it, is likely reich wing freeper nutbag central.
White Citizens Council. Oregon Citizens Alliance. etc.

And if it's in Pittsburgh, Dick Mellonhead Scaife is probably behind it.

7. I did some digging. HEre's what I found..

DENISE C WOODS PH D
1655 W MARKET ST STE 200

So using this person's information on OpenSecrets.org reveals as follows:

She is a paid "expert" in Neuropsychology.

http://experts.martindale.com/Denise--Woods/131787IX-Expert.html

Runs a non-profit (tax cheat, maybe?) organization called "Akron Area Professional Psychologist"

http://www.taxexemptworld.com/organization.asp?tn=663828

Ran for County Central Committee Township A

DENISE WOODS (PSYCHOLOGIST), (Zip code: 44333) $500 to TOM SAWYER COMMITTEE on 10/27/98

Hmm... let's find out who this Tom Sawyer Committee is... ahh. A Democrat..

8. Check out some of the people who share the address.
http://maps.google.com/maps?q=1655+w+market+street+akron+ohio&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&split=0&gl=us&ei=GxuOSrKZMZGHmQeK8_mgDA&sa=X&oi=geocode_result&ct=image&resnum=1

They must be brand new because the search shows a Denice C Woods PHD at the address.

Two democratic congressmen share the address, Betty Sutton and Sherrod Brown, both democrats, I wonder if they know about the snake pit down the hall?

Seems a man named Lance Davis of InfoCision is the honcho and leader of the facebook page.

And it seems they have the money to buy naming rights to a new stadium at university of Akron.

And look who Infocision works for every sunday morning.
