1. If you read you history books you will learn that the Germans
feared an attack from their neighbors. The Israelis have done too with our blessing. We did it in our war with Mexico. If a country believes it is about to be attacked a preemptive strike is justified.

2. That is a novel reading of the First and Second World Wars and German war aims in each.
I pray this was a facaetious post lacking the :sarcasm: tag.

Won't even go into Mexican-American War and the Israeli incursions.

3. Ah yes BUT
The nazi's LIED about the threat from Poland. It was bogus. Just as the pre emptive attack on Iraq was and is bogus. Iraq had no wmd. Bush would not allow the UN inspectors to finish their job, because it was indicating by early accounts, there was nothing substantive. Iraq had no direct ties to Al Quaeda. The only cells of Al quaeda were in the northern part of Iraq that was protected by the US no fly zone!!!!!

And insofar, as liberating Iraq--well that has gone horribly wrong. I am sure the Iraqi people do NOT appreciate using their homeland as a battleground.... we fight them there so we don't have to fight them here. They are the ones paying the ultimate price, and it is a hideous lack of moral conscience that supports that argument. Those people did nothing to deserve such. Why are their lives so cheap, so expendable, while ours, here in the west are so valued? It sickens me to the core when I hear such a blatent pathetic argument. It is all a lie.

All of it is a lie, and the pre emptive attack scenario was supposed to be eliminated with the creation of the UN. Sad, that such an institution is controlled so completely by the US, allowing the US free rein to attack anyone it chooses, for whatever bogus reason, with no consequences, no accountability.
