Since the RNC setup an eMail system, why not a "forum" for talking points?

Why not! The software is available and comes with kits to setup topics, color schemes, accounts, login procedures, etc. Instead of "General Discussion" you would have "Daily Briefing" or maybe "Karl's Corner". Also, you could have a forum for the corporate news outlets, "Meme for Today" or "Quantum Leap". All you would need is an account.

IMO, if you dig you will find it. I hope that the house committee headed by Waxman are asking the media and the RNC the right questions about this. Also they should be asking if the RNC setup a VPN layer on their servers to really hide these eMails. This is Watergate 2.0.

4. My My. . . Good point you made there...
I'll bet there IS a "Rove's Corner" kind of place.. A place where tech savvy aides could get their daily marching orders and pass them up the line to whoever's going on the air that day. . Rover is much too busy to micromanage the message mouthpiece by mouthpiece.. .

5. Can you imagine if some hacker had gotten into that? The way they
mindlessly parrot the talking points in lockstep - someone could have had some real fun with this.

Imagine, 10-12 Congresscritters and pundits spouting something about how heterosexual marriages were harming the economy and threating the tax breaks given to business or something similar before anyone actually listened to what they were spouting.
