Unless Fox News just synthesized his voice, I just heard it from the horse's mouth, a direct quote. Geesh. This is not flame bait. It's just sad, IMHO.

1. That's because the cost of two wars is put in the budget.

The wars weren't in the budget under bush.

3. that's not what Obama said
he said (paraphrased) that it is because we have to make sure our troops are the best in the world. did not mention differences in budgets.
