Raucous crowd gathers outside Central

Citizens on both sides of the health care-reform debate lined up on opposite sides of the entrance to Central High School this afternoon, hoisting signs and occasionally yelling back and forth at each other.

Several hundred people packed dirt areas on either side of Warrior Way as Mesa County sheriff’s deputies ushered through vehicles carrying people who have tickets to President Obama’s town-hall meeting.

No, the video doesn't show the guy's face. Please help me search for more photos.

14. "Vote from the rooftops" seems to go back to the 1990's

I googled and got 3720 hits for all kinds of merchandise. T-shirts. Bumper stickers. Some with the "when all else fails" part and some without. A variety of graphics to go with the slogan.

In a story from 2001, the Violence Policy Center calls it an "Insurrectionist Slogan Popular In Civilian Sniper Culture" and adds that "bumper stickers featuring the slogan and a silhouette of former President Clinton in a rifle scope were sold at a California gun show." So this appears to be one more example of militia rhetoric being cranked back up again.
