Did Jesse Jackson have a stroke?
Or has he come down with Bell's Palsy? Look at his face, the left side of his mouth in particular...

5. I thought he sounded funny
and when I started looking closely at his face, I noticed that his upper lip on the left side seemed to be "hanging", fotr want of a better term. My late mom had both Bell's Palsy and several strokes and I know that sound and look when I see it. Whether or not it was reported, it looks like he had something neurological incident.

6. Yes, I noticed......
It was pretty evident that the left side of his mouth was drooping. I had a conversation with myself about this in fact!
