If corporations don't want to be associated with Don Imus, will they also
break their associations with limpballs, handjob, and savage-weiner?

1. Radio flies under the radar for the advertisers...
Perhaps if someone were to monitor Rush, et all, and catch them saying something derogatory....

3. Many do
Quite a few corporations try to distance themselves from controversial programming.

Yes, these guys have a blacklist too, just like that Air America one.

One notable exception is GM. I recall they did a promotion with Hannity a while back.

6.  I don't feel corporations care one bit
They may if they lose enough sales but they certainly don;t care enough to stop outsourcing jobs or cutting back the pay rates for their employees .

I am at a loss , really , as long as they get away with all of it they will continue on .

8. Right
I sometimes think that they would advertise on a snuff film if it would sell whatever they were peddling. There may once have been a mutual compact between workers and employers - it's gone. There also may have been some corporate sense of propriety - it's gone too.
