On Thursday, March 19, Beck warned that Barack Obama was hellbent on taking all of America's guns away and ultimately eradicating the Second Amendment; when there was no indication at all that Obama had ANY gun legislation in mind at the time.

Sixteen days later on Saturday, April 4, a paranoid wingnut by the name of Richard Poplawski living in the Pittsburgh suburb of Stanton Heights had the cops called on him for a domestic dispute. Fearing that the police were coming to take all of his guns from him, Poplawski armed himself with an AK-47 and opened fire on the Pittsburgh Police officers, ultimately killing three and wounding two more.

Beck's rhetoric is dangerous and scary. However, Beck was far from the only hard-right carnival barker passing nonsense about Obama planning to confiscate guns. But it's scary that this dangerous rhetoric can push people over the edge and contribute to tragedies like the one there was in Pittsburgh in April (sadly, only the first of two wingnut terrorist attacks, with the gym shooting coming last week).

Congress and Senate and state the facts that are not being given to the sheeple or there may be a lot of violence. I am really getting concerned after watching Rachael and Olbermann tonight. Rachael brought it out in numbers one right after the other......something big needs to be done. A announcement on TV hourly in all Newspapers ordered by the President with witnesses in our legislature on both sides stating the facts and saying that what has been told on websites (name them) and on Fox (name it) is not true. 16. A new friend is an in-law of m best friend. He is a medical professional,

and I respect his knowledge and commitment tremendously. But today he sent me an email with info from a guest of Glenn Beck that despises the UK NIH. I thanked him for the info, but told him that I can't tolerate beck because he's crazy and apparently his sponsors think so too.

I also told him our family's experiences with insurance and that there needs to be reform. I also told him the Stephen Hawking story. I was kind to him, but I won't be able to tolerate lies if he emails garbage.
