Suppose that public schools in China stop teaching English and replace it with Spanish...
Would the general concern about "undocumented workers" in America change to a specific concern about "undocumented workers of East Asian descent" in America?

1. How many of those are there now?
And how indistinguishable in appearance are they from Latin Americans?

(In my anecdotal experience, the answer to the first question is, more than most people think; the second, not at all unless talking about Peruvians of Japanese ancestry, of whom there aren't many at all in the US.)
