Who is Tracy Miller?
You'll probably be hearing a lot about her starting today. She's the "ordinary citizen" who while giving a mini sermon in the form of a question to Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee - stunned and appalled freepers everywhere when Rep. Jackson-Lee took a phone call in the middle of her speech. You can hear her on the video claiming to be a cancer survivor, who is divorcing, losing her health care, and employment...but DOESN'T WANT A GOVERNMENT "SOLUTION"
