or the right of the people "peaceably" to assemble
Ain't nothin "peaceably" about these teabag Town Hall protests.

1. When they chant, create a ruckus, shout, shout down folks with actual questions, boo continuously, willfully disrupt these TH's whether as an individual or as an organized group, they stand in DEFIANCE of and VIOLATE the US Constitution.

Keyword: Peaceably

2. By turning these Town Halls into shouting wars and mosh pits they are DENYING peaceful attendees from their right to peaceably assemble to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. Teabaggers willfully stand in DEFIANCE of and are VIOLATING the 1st Amendment of the US Constitution.

Remember when violations of the Constitution used to be considered crimes? Apparently not anymore. Peaceful protest is one thing and I absolutely support every human beings right to peaceful protest. These ARE NOT peaceful protests.

1st Amendment
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

1. Its peaceful as long as no one gets hurt - yelling like an idiot doesn't count
There is nothing at all unconstitutional about a citizen yelling anything they want at their Representatives.

Also, the constitutional guarantees do not prohibit an individual from doing anything, they prevent the Government from intruding on the individual's right.
