If Progressives had done the same crap that they Teabaggers are doing
while Monkeyboy was in office, Martial Law would have been declared. I feel certain of it. That administration had set the stage for it, but it never came to that point.

10. Which single issue, like health reform now, would we have been protesting about?

12. Social Security reform
Although protesting hardly seemed necessary with how flat that proposal was from the start.

5. Progressives did their share of crashing.

But were pelted by teargas, or were manhandled by police officers. It's because many of them were younger.

'Teabaggers' tend to be older, and doing the same to them would be less acceptable to people because of social biases. It's a double standard, and the police know what they can and can't get away with. If they did the same to teabaggers, there would be investigations and firings. Unfortunately, nobody cares when it happens to "smelly hippies," and anti-Bush protests were poorly covered.

8. Fine with me if they do. Code Pink gets dragged away often
and sometimes arrested. Goose/Gander would be refreshing if applied to the town hall disrupters!

11. Yes indeedy
Since they are not there for a town hall discussion, but to stop others from that exercise of their own rights, haul their asses out and arrest them if they don't go along with little ruckus.

7. Oh but they did.. they did!
I happen to watch FNC the other day and that Hemmer creep and his blonde co-anchor with their faux-earnestness were talking about how liberals did things similar to the jackboot, stormtrooper, brownshirt Repub thugs like calling Shrub a "liar"! They were also asking whether the grandmotherly woman in their carefully selected clip was really part of an astroturf campaign, whether she was working for an insurance company, etc. Oh, but they wouldn't say themselves one way of the other. That's for us, the viewers, to decide.

The MSM didn't cover what we had to say. We were supposed to "move on and get over it." That's why the "Underground." I felt like I was crazy, the only one who felt the way I did about the stolen election, all of it.
