I hear more and more talk of violence against Obama and Democrats.
I've never heard this amount of violent talk and threatening before.

It's as if the Taliban and Al Quaida have invaded our country and are trying to take it over.

I've always known that the extreme Christian right were exactly the same kind of people as the Muslim jihadi's, and now that the Middle Eastern extremists have shown them the 'way', it gives them 'permission' to follow their true inclinations towards anarchy and destruction.

This is on top of the KKK attitudes that many of the far right have always had.

The copycat crimes are ready to emerge.

I fear that there will be some serious attacks and sooner or later some crackpot is going to break through the security and actually succeed in carrying out his jihad.

What do you bet that we will hear of "Christian" suicide bombers before Obama's term is over?

1. Actually it is pretty quiet
There haven't been tanks firing live ammo in the streets of US cities for over 40 years now.

9. And the people of Sarejevo lived in harmony with their neighbors
for more than 40 years, too.

The past is not necessarily an indicator of the future.

When the KKK and the Birchers erupted in the 50s and 60s it was easy for people to remember WW2 and recognise the similarities between their fascism and the fascism the US had so recently mobilized to defeat.

WW2 is ancient history, now. Anybody trying to compare our fascists today to the Nazis and fascists we once fought are shouted down, even by our own. To make the memory loss worse, today's fascists claim that fascism was a movement of the left, not the right, and try to blur the distinction between fascism and socialism, Naziism and communism.

A confused populace is easily misled.

Do not dismiss the threat from the right. It is as great, or greater, now as it has ever been.

6. yes it is all about race
and they hide under the guise of Christianity, "being right", and every other thing you can think of. What they really do not want is a Black president.

Well they better wake the hell up because he was handed a mandate and the presidency of the United States of America whether they like it or not.

They are quickly becoming highly irrelevant IMO as they rot in their own stench. It stinks badly and people are becoming more and more disgusted every day with all of their two-bit tricks and B.S. :puke:

8. If you're hearing talk of violence, are you reporting it to authorities?
If you're hearing talk of violence from others, are you reporting it to the proper authorities? Such as the FBI, Secret Service, etc etc?
