7. As best as I can tell from the footage from the link I gave you earlier

the one where Cavuto on Faux news interviews Gladney and his atty, there is no footage of Gladney being beaten. On that tape, Gladney is the one dressed in tan shirt and shorts. The SEIU members all have dark blue shirts on, it appears.

Hard to tell what's going on in the beginning, but looks like Gladney is involved in some action in the beginning. Then the cops show up and only the SEIU guys (and some gal) are arrested without much discussion from the cop. Also, looks like some guy in the tan shirt escorting Gladney warns him that he's being video taped. He doesn't look seriously injurred to me!(and sorry about all these freeper-type sites)
