Lou Dobbs: "This Administration has a great deal to answer for."
While discussing product recalls, mostly from China, the reporter tells Lou about how the Consumer Products Safety Commission's budget is getting cut bush, and is stacked with persons formerly affiliated with big business and the chamber of commerce. Meanwhile, we continue to import toys and products that contain lead and other nasty stuff for our kids to ingest indirectly. The reporter said, "You can't make this stuff up," in discussing how blatant the adminsitration is.

1. Dobbs is con-kook, but a broken clock is right twice a day.
He does understand the problems with unrestricted trade and unbalanced budgets. Otherwise, he's a conservative.

5. Not if it's broke in running a little slow every day.
The one powerful bit in all his charm is that he is heard among a lot of cons. If he can do more good than harm, he's useful.

2. Duh, while you were ducking and covering your ass, Mr. Dobbs,
you didn't say a word...

It wasn't until the brown horde from Mexico became such a threat to your way of life, however that came about, that you took notice of the dark underside of cronyism disguised as your beloved free-market Capitalism hell...

4. I'm not certain, but...
I think his "war on the middle class" series is a little older than his "broken borders" series.

3. Now we know where the mafia disappeared to.
When RFK was assassinated.

The sad bit is that there are a lot of honest though misguided folks out in the hinterlands who can't bring themselves to accept that powerfully placed republicans are out and out crooks and liars.
