It's come up a few times in threads - who's advertising on certain shows that we can contact to complain about their ad spends and/or let them know you'll boycott their products (up to you)?
I picked Lou Dobbs to track one day last week. Even fast-forwarding isn't fast enough! This was the day that he had a big graphic about Southern Poverty Law Center "Attacking Lou", followed by Bill O'Reilly "Defending Lou" about this birther nonsense. And Lou got visibly puffed up while waxing poetic about BillO's brave defense. Pathetic.
Interestingly, Lou ended the TV show promoting his radio show - complete with call letters and website. Which pretty much blows CNN President Jon Klein's ramblings about him not having any control over Lou on the radio. Then why is Lou allowed to promote his radio show? It implies CNN's endorsement.
There was one new Harry & Louise ad (harryandlouise.org) - nice to see.
By the way, I didn't count the CNN promos - but there was plenty of ad time not purchased (otherwise, less of these). Of course, that goes with Lou's declining ratings!
Following were the national advertisements for Lou Dobbs CNN show on 7-28-09.

because it has "$500 billion in NEW TAXES" with "devastating limits to senior care"!
