(ChattahBox)—White supremacist and all around purveyor of hate and Internet radio host, Hal Turner appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Martin C. Ashman on Tuesday to determine if he would be allowed to post bond and be released from prison, pending the outcome of the charges against him that he threatened to murder three Chicago area federal appeals judges.

Turner’s lawyer claimed Turner did not present a danger to the community, because he was a FBI informant who provided authorities with information about a plot to assassinate President Obama. Nevertheless, Judge Ashman ordered Turner to remain in prison and continued the bond hearing to hear evidence of Turner’s role as an undercover informant for the FBI.

Turner’s long history of threats against public officials has finally led to his arrest. Turner posted on his blog, “These judges deserve to be killed,” along with, the judges’ work address, room numbers, photos, telephone numbers and a promised map of their homes.

At the time of his arrest in New Jersey, U.S. Magistrate Shipp said, I’m concerned about the danger to the community,” as he denied bail to Turner. Police found three pistols, a shotgun and several hundred rounds of ammunition stored at Turner’s New Jersey apartment at the time of his arrest last month.

White supremacists groups are probably at the top of that list. These people are dangerous.

6. I don't think that "informant" is the proper term in this case

Sounds more like an agent provocateur to me.

Better yet, sounds more like a pathological liar trying to twist his way out of the consequences of his actions.
