This is also the approximate number of Americans who die every year from treatable illness due to lack of health care coverage.

How long will we allow our leaders to continue looking out for the insurance industry instead of Americans?

5. A picture of an open-pit mass grave with 18,000 staged dead bodies would be more impacting.

Because we all know pictures from the holocaust of people killed for an insane ideology. The only difference would be that greed was the killer, not hate.

To add effect, just have an officer shoot the very last victim, the 18,000th one, before his body is tossed into the pit. The officer wears an officer's cap. It has the logo of United Health on it or some other private health insurance company right below the skull and cross bones crest on the cap.

6. I did look for cemetery pictures.

I spent a good bit of time searching, but couldn't find any that showed roughly 18,000 graves. Actually, I did find a couple, but they were small or otherwise unsuitable.

Holocaust images would be a little too drastic for some stomachs, I think. However, I do agree with your point. In both cases, people are dying for an anti-social ideology.
