Google and work at home

What's up with the recent flood of Google advertising work from home and make 5-7k/month. Is this legit or another scam? I am seeing it everywhere.

they tailor ads based on what you search for, and what emails you open.

...They tell you it's only a couple of bucks to send you "the kit" but in signing up for it you agree to be charged $70 bucks or so per month for "the program".

Before you know it charges start appearing on your credit card bill.

The people making the money are the ones running the scam.
