On edit: You're right. The link is satire. But I could have gone with the leader's Pol Pot and Lenin and Hitler quotes. I.e., the satire was real, but given the mindset of these guys, not far from the case. In fact, I'd wager they are more than simply sympathetic to this Empire (is it?) Mind Set.
