Walter Cronkite was one of the most important figures of our lifetime
My earliest memories of news was Walter reporting on President Kennedy Assassination. Most memorable was the moon landing. Walter, you had much influence on all of us. RIP.

2. Jackson died young and unexpected, Cronkite lived a full life
but he was very important for America. and it's too bad we don't have more people like him reporting on the news.

3. A full life with little to no moonwalking
And to his detriment, I didn't see any quality coverage from him the last few weeks when we needed him most. That right, just silence during the Jackson crisis. :(
