One More Hurdle Left in Ending the Widow Penalty - Please Help

Dear DUers,

as I posted last week, the Senate DHS Appropriations Committee passed Amendment 1428 to end the practice of deporting foreign nationals, whose U.S. spouses died before the final "green card" interview.
