I think the answers would piss anyone off. But thats what these judges do at hearings like this. I would of liked to hear clear answers to his questions. Because they were some of the best.

I mean seriously why does the court act scared to take some of the real tough cases?

Separation of powers. Not being independent isn't a matter of not being "allowed", it is through the justices own choosing.

8. He's Probably Stealing Franken's Questions...
Just think he would have been the ranking rushpublican and probably would have had to do damage control over his racist and mysgonistic "collegues". Now he on the other side and still not sure what being a Democrat means other than hoping it saves his Senate seat. Go Joe Sustak!!!!
