Michelle Obama's Father
July 14, 2009

Here are some of the news headlines we're following today on BuzzFlash.com.

-- Goldman Sachs earned second-quarter profits of $3.44 billion
-- White House has confirmed that Michelle Obama's father was buried in the Burr Oak cemetery, the site where gravediggers removed hundreds of bodies to resell burial plots-- Sen. John Ensign (R-NV) won't resign and plans to run for re-election in 2012

Does anyone know anything about this?????? I looked at Buzzflash.com and could not find an article about it. Has anyone seen more info on this?

1. Saw some posts on it recently
Looks like there might just be a bit more attention paid to how businesses treat regular people in America.

2. I heard that Mrs. Obama's father is NOT buried there, that it was an error.

3. yup here's a link from the Chicago Trib
http://www.chicagobreakingnews.com/2009/07/michelle-obamas-father-buried-at-burr-oak.html

I did hear on Chicago news that the local Alsip police were informed about suspicious behavior with burying bones when they were notified 4 years ago by the electric company.

4. Thank you so much! Good to know this was not accurate.
Though, I feel really sorry for the people who DID have loved ones buried where the graves were dug up. I cannot imagine what kind of person could possibly do such a thing.
